I'm a licensed Realtor® serving Burlington, Waterdown, Hamilton, and surrounding areas — and I've been in the real estate industry for over 12 years, the last 10 as a licensed Realtor®.

I take a practical, human-first approach to real estate. That means slowing things down when needed, explaining the details clearly, and building systems that protect people from overwhelm and uncertainty. No pressure. No confusion. Just honest guidance.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent several years working in customer experience and client-focused roles — and that background shapes everything about how I run my business today. It taught me how to anticipate needs, simplify complex decisions, and create a smooth, well-supported journey from the very first conversation to possession day.

My focus is first-time home buyers and move-up buyers. I understand that buying a home can feel overwhelming, which is why education, transparency, and clear communication are at the centre of everything I do. I believe people make better decisions when they truly understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to expect next.

In addition to working with clients, I'm the Director of Agent Services at Realty World Legacy, where I support, mentor, and train real estate agents at various stages of their careers. I work closely with agents who want to build stronger systems, gain clarity in their business, and explore brokerage changes without pressure or sales tactics — just honest conversations about long-term fit.

I grew up in Burlington and have called Hamilton home for over 10 years. Outside of real estate, you'll find me hosting friends, enjoying good coffee, and spending time with the people I love — including my 11-year-old cat, Willow. But honestly, what fills my cup most is watching someone who never thought homeownership was possible get the keys to their first home. Seeing how that one moment ripples into the rest of their life — the marriages, the babies, the need for a bigger home — that's why I do this work.
