Things I Don’t Care About If You’re an Agent Here
One of the biggest concerns realtors have when they join a brokerage — especially if they’re newer or restarting — is whether they’re going to ask too many questions.
Agents often worry they’ll look inexperienced.

Or slow.
Or like they “should already know this.”
So let me clear something up.
There are a lot of things I don’t care about if you’re an agent here.
And that’s intentional.
A Quick Introduction
I’m Victoria Leahy, a Realtor and Director of Agent Services at Realty World Legacy.
Part of my role is helping agents learn the business, navigate real transactions, and grow their confidence over time.
That means creating an environment where people can ask questions, practice skills, and improve — without feeling like they’re doing something wrong.
I Don’t Care If You Ask a Ton of Questions During Training
That’s literally what training is for.
Real estate is not something most people fully understand on day one.
The more questions you ask early on, the clearer things become — and the faster you build real confidence in what you’re doing.
I Don’t Care If You Call Me 5 or 10 Times While Drafting an Offer
If anything, I’d rather you do that.
Offers involve details, clauses, conditions, timelines, and strategy.
Guessing helps no one.
Double-checking protects your client, protects you, and makes the entire process smoother.
I Don’t Care If You Take My Content Ideas and Make Them Your Own
If something I post gives you an idea for your own content, that’s a good thing.
Showing up online can feel intimidating for a lot of agents.
If you see something that sparks an idea and you turn it into your own version, that means you’re engaging, creating, and building your presence.
That’s a win.
I Don’t Care If You Don’t Know Everything Yet
None of us do.
This year marks 10 years licensed for me — and more than 12 years working in the industry.
And I still learn new things all the time.
Real estate is constantly changing.
Contracts evolve. Market conditions shift. New scenarios appear.
The goal isn’t to know everything.
The goal is to stay willing to learn.
I Don’t Care If You Need to Practice Scripts
Or if you feel nervous before an important conversation.
Or if you want reassurance before you hit “send.”
Those moments are part of learning the business.
Confidence doesn’t come from pretending you’re ready.
It comes from practicing until you are.
The Only Thing I Actually Care About
There’s really only one thing that matters.
That you’re supported.
That you’re trying.
That you’re building your business the right way.
That your clients are protected.
That you’re growing.
And that you’re actually getting what you need from us — the brokerage — to become the best agent you’re capable of being.
That’s it.
Final Thought
Real estate can feel intimidating when you’re starting out — or even when you’re experienced but facing a situation you haven’t seen before.
But the goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is progress.
And the right environment allows agents to ask questions, learn openly, and keep improving without fear of judgment.
That’s where real growth happens.
